Sports Massage Therapy

Recommended for any types of sports or muscular imbalance to maintain muscle health and prevent injury. A range of techniques are used including soft tissue release, compression and stretching. You will be left feeling mobile and fully relaxed.

Myofascial Dry Cupping Therapy/Fire Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy is a safe traditional treatment used to treat chronic muscle tightness & pain faster than massage therapy alone. Cups are applied to the skin using either heat or manual suction force to lift the soft tissues away from a state of compression. There are many benefits of cupping therapy including; bringing fresh supply of blood to areas of injury, aiding lymphatic drainage, improved circulation, decreased inflammation and improved sleep. Marks are left on the skin but fade completely within a few days.

Myofascial Dry Cupping therapy can be integrated into your Sports Massage session or offered as a stand alone treatment.

Rockblades (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation)

Rockblades - developed by Rocktape are specially crafted tools with a variety of different edges which are used to scan and mobilise fascia and underlying muscle through scraping, flicking and decompression. Some redness to the skin can occur where the tools have been used, demonstrating improved circulation and change in the soft tissues.

Rockblades are integrated into your Sports Massage session.

Kinesiology Tape - Rocktape

Pre event or rehabilitation taping is available as part of a treatment or alone. Taping helps to reduce pain, swelling and bruising.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Any any cancellation or reschedule made within less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. In the event of any emergency or unavoidable event the cancellation fee may be used against any future treatments.
